If your business uses QuickBooks Projects, the exact project-tracking setup depends on your QuickBooks Online plan and bookkeeping needs. Advanced job costing, WIP reporting, and progress billing are not included in standard monthly bookkeeping.
CoreBooks works remotely using QuickBooks Online. You provide the appropriate QuickBooks access and connect the accounts needed for bookkeeping. I maintain your records throughout the month and provide your financial reports electronically, so you can work with me whether you're in NYC or elsewhere in the U.S.
Yes. CoreBooks works exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If your existing file has errors, miscategorized transactions, or reconciliation problems, QuickBooks Cleanup may be needed before monthly bookkeeping begins. If you're not yet using QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online setup is available as a separate service.
